Section 808 of the Powerplant and Industrial Fuel Use Act of 1978 ( 42 U.S.C. 8484 ) is repealed. The table of contents for the Powerplant and Industrial Fuel Use Act of 1978 ( Public Law 95–620 ; 92 Stat. 3289) is amended by striking the item relating to section 808. Section 712 of the Powerplant and Industrial Fuel Use Act of 1978 ( 42 U.S.C. 8422 ) is amended— by striking
(a); and Generally.— by striking subsection (b).
