Section 741 of the Powerplant and Industrial Fuel Use Act of 1978 ( 42 U.S.C. 8451 ) is repealed. The table of contents for the Powerplant and Industrial Fuel Use Act of 1978 ( Public Law 95–620 ; 92 Stat. 3289) is amended by striking the item relating to section 741.
