Section 154 of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 ( 42 U.S.C. 8262a ) is repealed. The table of contents for the Energy Policy Act of 1992 ( Public Law 102–486 ; 106 Stat. 2776) is amended by striking the item relating to section 154. Section 159 of the Energy Policy Act of 1992 ( 42 U.S.C. 8262e ) is amended by striking subsection (c).
