The purposes of this title are— to authorize, direct, expedite, and facilitate the land exchange set forth herein; and to promote enhanced public outdoor recreational and natural resource conservation opportunities in the Pike National Forest near Pikes Peak, Colorado, via acquisition of the non-Federal land and trail easement.
