The Secretary of the Interior, in the operation of the Trinity River Division of the Central Valley Project, shall not make releases from Lewiston Dam in excess of the volume for each water-year type required by the U.S. Department of the Interior Record of Decision, Trinity River Mainstem Fishery Restoration Final Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report dated December 2000. A maximum of 369,000 acre-feet in a Critically Dry year. A maximum of 453,000 acre-feet in a Dry year. A maximum of 647,000 acre-feet in a Normal year. A maximum of 701,000 acre-feet in a Wet year. A maximum of 815,000 acre-feet in an Extremely Wet year.
