Section 485(l)(2) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1092(l)(2) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Information on the 2 repayment options that the borrower of a loan made on or after July 1, 2016, will have for repaying the loan, including— an income-based repayment plan, as described under section 493C(f); and a fixed repayment plan described in section 493E. .
