In this Act: The term Indian reservation shall have the meaning given the term in section 203 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 ( 52 U.S.C. 10503 ). The term Indian tribe has the meaning given the term in section 4 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act ( 25 U.S.C. 450b ).
