Subparagraph

(G)of section 3(c)(2) of the District of Columbia College Access Act of 1999 ( Public Law 106–98 ), as amended, is further amended: by inserting after

(G),

(i)for individuals who began an undergraduate course of study prior to school year 2015–2016, ; and by inserting the following before the period at the end: and

(ii)for individuals who begin an undergraduate course of study in or after school year 2016–2017, is from a family with a taxable annual income of less than $450,000. Beginning with school year 2017–2018, the Mayor shall adjust the amounts in clauses

(i)and

(ii)for inflation, as measured by the percentage increase, if any, from the preceding fiscal year in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the Department of Labor .
