Each executive agency covered by this Act shall include, in its fiscal year 2017 budget justification materials submitted to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate, a separate table briefly describing the top management challenges for fiscal year 2016 as identified by the agency inspector general, together with an explanation of how the fiscal year 2017 budget request addresses each such management challenge.
