Nothing in this Act shall be construed to preclude or alter the jurisdiction or authority of the Department of Justice under the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 ( 42 U.S.C. 16901 et seq. ), including section 113(d) of such Act, or any other provision law, or to affect the work of the United States Marshals Service with INTERPOL. Nothing in this Act shall be construed to preclude the Angel Watch Center from transmitting notice with respect to any covered sex offender.
