This subtitle may be cited as the National Water Recycling and Reclamation Act of 2015 . Congress finds that— water supply, wastewater, sanitation, and sewage agencies across the Nation are developing and investing in water reuse and recycling projects; almost 900,000 acre-feet of annual water supply are in development through these projects and could be expeditiously constructed with increased Federal investment; and in California alone, there are water reuse and recycling projects that could add over 500,000 acre-feet of annual water supply. It is the purpose of this subtitle to expand investments in water reuse and recycling projects nationwide.
