Section 30120(f) is amended to read as follows: A manufacturer shall pay fair reimbursement to a dealer providing a remedy without charge under this section. Each time a defective or noncomplying motor vehicle is presented to a dealer by the owner of that motor vehicle for any service on that motor vehicle, the dealer shall— inform the owner of the defect or noncompliance; and with consent from the owner, remedy the defect or noncompliance without charge under this section. .
