Of the unobligated balances available from prior appropriations Acts under the heading Department of Health and Human Services—Administration for Children and Families—Refugee and Entrant Assistance for carrying out section 462 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 and section 235 of William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008, $250,000,000 are hereby rescinded.
