The following unobligated balances of amounts appropriated prior to fiscal year 2007 for Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration are hereby rescinded: $281,003 appropriated to carry out section 1610(b) of the PHS Act; $3,611 appropriated to carry out section 1602(c) of the PHS Act; $105,576 appropriated in section 167 of division H of Public Law 108–199 ; and $55,793 appropriated to carry out the National Cord Blood Stem Cell Bank Program.
