Section 331(a)(3)(D) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 254d(a)(3)(D) ) is amended by inserting , and includes emergency medicine provided by physicians in a rural emergency hospital (as defined in section 1861(iii) of the Social Security Act) before the period.
