Section 119(f)(2) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking structurally deficient and inserting being in poor condition ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking structurally deficient and inserting being in poor condition . Section 144 of title 23, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)(1)(B), by striking deficient ; and in subsection (b)(5), by striking each structurally deficient bridge and inserting each bridge in poor condition .
Section 202(d) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking deficient ; in paragraph (2)(B), by striking deficient ; and in paragraph (3)— in subparagraph (A), by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting ; and ; in subparagraph (B), by striking ; and at the end and inserting a period; and by striking subparagraph (C).
