Section 241(b)(3)(B) ( 8 U.S.C. 1231(b)(3)(B) ), as amended by section 201, is further amended by inserting after clause (v), as inserted by section 201, the following: the alien is convicted of an aggravated felony. . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply— to any act that occurred before, on, or after the date of the enactment of this Act; and to all aliens who are required to establish admissibility on or after such date, and in all removal, deportation, or exclusion proceedings that are filed, pending, or reopened on or after such date.
