Section 110 of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 ( 22 U.S.C. 7107 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Not later than 30 days before the anticipated submission of each annual report under subsection (b)(1), the Secretary of State shall notify and brief the appropriate congressional committees concerning the countries that will be upgraded to a higher tier or downgraded to a lower tier in such report. .
