Subparagraph
(B)of section 704(a)(4) of the Foreign Service Act of 1980 ( 22 U.S.C. 4024(a)(4) ) is amended by striking language instructors, linguists, and other academic and training specialists and inserting education and training specialists, including language instructors and linguists, and other specialists who perform work directly relating to the design, delivery, oversight, or coordination of training delivered by the institution .
