Of amounts transferred to the Disaster Assistance Direct Loan Program pursuant to the Community Disaster Loan Act of 2005 ( Public Law 109–88 ), $27,338,101 are hereby rescinded: , That no amounts may be rescinded from amounts that were designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to a concurrent resolution on the budget or the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.
