Section 13107 of title 46, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1), by striking
(1)Subject to paragraph
(2)and subsection (c), and inserting Subject to subsection (c), ; and by striking paragraph (2); and in subsection (c)(1), by striking title, and all that follows through the end and inserting “title— including the funding of the National Boating Safety Advisory Council established under section 13110 of this title and the authorized activities of the Council, including travel for the council; and of the funds referred to in paragraph (1), not less than $2,500,000 shall be available to the Secretary only to ensure compliance with chapter 43 of this title. .
