Section 229 of the Howard Coble Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2014 ( Public Law 113–281 ; 128 Stat. 3040) shall not be construed to prohibit any transfer or conveyance of lands under to this Act or any actions that involve the dismantling or disposal of infrastructure that supported the former LORAN system that are associated with the transfer or conveyance of lands under this subtitle.
