The provisions of this Act shall terminate on the date on which the President submits to Congress a determination under section 203(c)(3) of the Cuban Liberty and Democratic Solidarity (LIBERTAD) Act of 1996 ( 22 U.S.C. 6063(c)(3) ) that a democratically elected government in Cuba is in power.
