Section 971(b) of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 ( 42 U.S.C. 16311(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (6), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (7), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: $5,271,000,000 for fiscal year 2016; $5,485,000,000 for fiscal year 2017; $5,704,000,000 for fiscal year 2018; $5,932,000,000 for fiscal year 2019; and $6,178,000,000 for fiscal year 2020. .
