Section 814(c)(1) of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 ( Public Law 110–417 ; 122 Stat. 4529) is amended— by redesignating subparagraphs (A), (B), and
(C)as subparagraphs (B), (C), and (D), respectively; and by inserting after for the following: the following new subparagraph: Monitoring changes in program requirements and ensuring all such changes receive the approval of the Chief of the relevant military service, in consultation with the Secretary of the relevant military department. .
