(1)through (5), respectively, and adjusting the indentation of the margin of such paragraphs, as so redesignated, two ems to the left; in paragraph (1), as so redesignated, by striking 140,000 gross square feet and inserting 140,000 net usable square feet ; in paragraph (2), as so redesignated, by striking not more than the average and all that follows and inserting not more than the average of equivalent medical facility leases executed by the Department of Veterans Affairs over the last five years, plus 20 percent; ; and in paragraph (5), as so redesignated, by striking 30-year life cycle and inserting 20-year life cycle .
