Section 713(f) of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 ( Public Law 110–417 ; 122 Stat. 4503; 10 U.S.C. 1074 note) is amended— in paragraph (1)(A), by striking during fiscal year 2009 ; in paragraph (1)(B), by striking during such fiscal year ; and in paragraph (2), by striking during fiscal year 2009 and inserting after September 30, 2008 .
