Section 18233a of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), by striking in an amount in excess of $750,000 and inserting in excess of the amount specified in section 2805(b)(1) of this title ; and in subsection (b)(3), by striking section 2811(e) of this title) that costs less than $7,500,000 and inserting subsection
(e)of section 2811 of this title) that costs less than the amount specified in subsection
(d)of such section .
