Sec. 213. Expansion of education partnerships to support technology transfer and transition

Section 2194 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), by inserting business, law, technology transfer or transition after mathematics, ; and in subsection (b)— by redesignating paragraphs
(4)through
(6)as paragraphs
(5)through (7), respectively; by inserting after paragraph
(3)the following new paragraph (4): providing in the defense laboratory sabbatical opportunities for faculty and internship opportunities for students; ; and in paragraphs
(5)and (6), as redesignated by subparagraph (A), by striking research projects both places it appears and inserting projects, including research and technology transfer or transition projects .
