Sec. 1662. Sense of Congress on plan for implementation of Nuclear Enterprise Reviews

It is the sense of Congress that— the Secretary of Defense should develop a plan regarding how the Secretary plans to implement the recommendations of the two nuclear enterprise reviews, one of which was led by Assistant Secretary of Defense Madelyn Creedon and Rear Admiral Peter Fanta and one of which was led by General Larry Welch (retired) and Admiral John Harvey, Jr. (retired); and such plan should include a timeline for when each recommendation will be implemented and how any additional manpower resulting from such recommendations will be allocated.
