Not later than 30 days after each calendar half-year beginning on or after the date of the enactment of this Act and ending with the second calendar half-year of 2017, the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence shall submit to the Committees of Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives a report setting forth the following: All the training of foreign military intelligence units provided by the Department during the calendar half-year covered by such report. The authority or authorities under which the training described in paragraph
(1)was provided. Each report under subsection
(a)should be submitted in classified form.
