Sec. 1070. Submittal to Congress of munitions assessments

Not later than March 1, 2016, and annually thereafter, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees each of the following: The most current munitions assessments, as defined by Department of Defense Instruction Number 3000.04, relating to the Department of Defense munitions process. The most current sufficiency assessments, as defined by such Department of Defense Instruction. The most current approved memorandum of the Joint Requirements Oversight Council resulting from the munitions requirements process.
The requirement to submit reports and assessments under this section shall terminate on the date that is two years after the date of the enactment of this Act.
