Section 5311(c)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (A)— by striking $3,328,767 and inserting $4,164,384 ; and by striking May 31, 2015 and inserting July 31, 2015 ; and in subparagraph (B)— by striking $16,643,836 and inserting $20,821,918 ; and by striking May 31, 2015 and inserting July 31, 2015 .
