Section 13 of the AGOA Acceleration Act of 2004 ( 19 U.S.C. 3701 note) is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking shall identify not fewer than 10 eligible sub-Saharan African countries as having the greatest and inserting , through the Secretary of Agriculture, shall identify eligible sub-Saharan African countries that have ; and by striking and complying with sanitary and phytosanitary rules of the United States and inserting , complying with sanitary and phytosanitary rules of the United States, and developing food safety standards ; in subsection (b)— by striking 20 and inserting 30 ; and by inserting after from those countries the following: , particularly from businesses and sectors that engage women farmers and entrepreneurs, ; and by adding at the end the following:
The President shall take such measures as are necessary to ensure adequate coordination of similar activities of agencies of the United States Government relating to agricultural technical assistance for sub-Saharan Africa. .
