Section 3325(b)(1) of title 38, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (B), by striking and after the semicolon; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: indicating the highest level of education attained by each individual who transfers a portion of the individual's entitlement to educational assistance under section 3319 of this title; and . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on the date that is one year after the date of the enactment of this Act.
