Section 9501 ( 20 U.S.C. 7881 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1), by striking subparagraphs
(A)through
(H)and inserting the following: part C of title I; part A of title II; part A of title III; and title IV. ; and by striking paragraph (3); and in subsection (c)(1)— in subparagraph (E)— by striking and the amount and inserting , the amount ; and by striking services; and and inserting services, and how that amount is determined; ; in subparagraph (F), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: whether the agency, consortium, or entity shall provide services directly or assign responsibility for the provision of services to a separate government agency, consortium, or entity, or to a third-party contractor. .
