Section 8007 ( 20 U.S.C. 7707(b) ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1), by striking section 8014(e) and inserting section 8014(d) ; and in paragraph (3)— in subparagraph (A)(i)— by redesignating the first subclause
(II)as subclause (I); and by striking section 8014(e) and inserting section 8014(d) ; and in subparagraph (B)(i)(I), by striking section 8014(e) and inserting section 8014(d) ; and in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking section 8014(e) and inserting section 8014(d) ; in paragraph (3)(C)(i)(I), by adding at the end the following: Not less than 10 percent of the property in the agency is exempt from State and local taxation under Federal law. ; and in paragraph (6), by striking subparagraph (F).
