Title III ( 20 U.S.C. 6801 et seq. ) is amended— in the title heading, by striking and inserting Limited English Proficient ; English Learners in part A— by striking section 3122; redesignating sections 3123, 3124, 3125, 3126, 3127, 3128, and 3129 as sections 3122, 3123, 3124, 3125, 3126, 3127, and 3128, respectively; and by striking subpart 4; by striking part B; by redesignating part C as part B; and in part B, as redesignated by paragraph (4)— by redesignating section 3301 as section 3201; by striking section 3302; and by redesignating sections 3303 and 3304 as sections 3202 and 3203, respectively.
