Section 7007, as redesignated and amended by section 7001 of this Act, is further amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (3)(A)(i)— by redesignating the first subclause
(II)as subclause (I); in subclause (II), by striking section 8008(a) and inserting section 7008(a) ; and in paragraph (4), by striking section 8013(3) and inserting section 7013(3) ; and in subsection (b)— in paragraph (3)(C)(i)(I), by adding at the end the following: Not less than 10 percent of the property acreage in the agency is exempt from State and local taxation under Federal law. ; and in paragraph (6)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking , in such manner, and accompanied by such information and inserting and in such manner ; in subparagraph (A), by inserting before the period at the end the following: , and containing such additional information as may be necessary to meet any award criteria for a grant under this subsection as provided by any other Act ; and by striking subparagraph (F).
