Section 4303 ( 20 U.S.C. 7183 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(1), by striking early childhood development (Head Start) services and inserting early childhood education programs ; in subsection (c)(2)— in the paragraph heading, by striking and inserting development services ; and education programs by striking development (Head Start) services and inserting education programs ; and in subsection (e)(3), by striking subparagraph
(C)and inserting the following: such other matters as justice may require. . Subpart 3 of part A of title IV ( 20 U.S.C. 7151 ) is— transferred to title IX (as amended by section 2001 of this Act); inserted so as to appear after subpart 3 of part E of such title (as so transferred and redesignated); redesignated as subpart 4 of such part; and amended by redesignating section 4141 as section 9551. Section 4155 ( 20 U.S.C. 7165 ) is— transferred to title IX (as amended by section 2001 of this Act and paragraph
(2)of this subsection); inserted so as to appear after section 9536; and redesignated as section 9537. Part C of title IV ( 20 U.S.C. 7181 et seq. ) (as amended by paragraph
(1)of this subsection) is— transferred to title IX (as amended by section 2001 of this Act and paragraphs
(2)and
(3)of this subsection); inserted so as to appear after subpart 4 of part E of such title IX (as so transferred and redesignated); and amended— by striking the part designation and heading and inserting ; and Subpart 5— Environmental tobacco smoke by redesignating sections 4301 through 4304 as sections 9561 through 9564, respectively. Title IV (as amended by section 2001 of this Act and paragraphs
(1)through
(4)of this subsection) is further amended— in the part heading of part A, by striking and inserting SAFE AND DRUG-FREE SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIES ; STUDENT SUPPORT AND ACADEMIC ENRICHMENT GRANTS by striking subparts 2 and 4 of part A; by redesignating subpart 5 of part A (as so transferred and redesignated by section 2001(4) of this Act) as subpart 2 of part A; and by redesignating section 4161 (as so redesignated) as section 4121. Title V ( 20 U.S.C. 7201 et seq. ) is amended— by striking part A; by striking subparts 2 and 3 of part B; and by striking part D. Part B of title V ( 20 U.S.C. 7221 et seq. ) (as amended by paragraph
(1)of this subsection) is— transferred to title IV (as amended by section 2001 of this Act and subsection
(a)of this section); inserted so as to appear after part B of such title; redesignated as part C of such title; and further amended— in the part heading, by striking and inserting PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOLS ; Expanding opportunity through quality charter schools by striking the subpart heading for subpart 1; and by redesignating sections 5201 through 5211 as sections 4301 through 4311, respectively. Part C of title V ( 20 U.S.C. 7231 et seq. ) is— transferred to title IV (as amended by section 2001 of this Act, subsection
(a)of this section, and paragraph
(2)of this subsection) inserted so as to appear after part C of such title (as so transferred and redesignated); redesignated as part D of such title; and amended— by redesignating sections 5301 through 5307 as sections 4401 through 4407, respectively; by striking sections 5308 and 5310; and by redesignating sections 5309 and 5311 as sections 4408 and 4409, respectively. Title V, as amended by this section, is repealed.
