Beginning not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Energy Information Administrator, in coordination with the Secretary of Transportation, shall— conduct a quarterly survey to collect information regarding— the volume of flammable energy products transported by rail, including— petroleum crude oil; ethanol; liquefied natural gas; and other petroleum products; and the origins and destinations of the products described in subparagraph (A); submit a quarterly report containing the results of the surveys conducted under paragraph
(1)to the congressional committees referred to in section 301(2); and make the information described in paragraph
(1)available to the public, including on an Internet website.
