Sec. 16. Authorization of appropriations

Subject to subsection (b), there is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary— for deposit in the Administration and Energy Account, $28,900,000; for deposit in the OM&R Account, $27,760,000; for deposit in the St. Mary Account, $27,800,000; for deposit in the MR&I System Account, $76,200,000; for deposit in the Blackfeet Water, Storage, and Development Projects Account, $178,300,000; for deposit in the Blackfeet Irrigation Project Deferred Maintenance, Four Horns Dam Safety, and Rehabilitation and Enhancement of the Four Horns Feeder Canal, Dam, and Reservoir Improvements Account, $54,900,000, of which— $40,900,000 shall be made available for activities and projects under section 10(c); and $14,000,000 shall be made available for activities and projects under section 10(d)(2); and for deposit in the St.

Mary/Milk Water Management and Activities Account, $26,700,000, of which— $20,700,000 shall be allocated for the Swiftcurrent Creek Bank Stabilization Project; and $500,000 shall be allocated to carry out section 5. All amounts authorized to be appropriated pursuant to paragraphs (2), (4), (5), (6), and

(7)of subsection

(a)shall be adjusted as necessary to reflect the changes since April 2010, in the construction costs indices applicable to the construction, maintenance, rehabilitation, or improvement of the projects and activities described in this Act as of the date of completion of the activity, construction, maintenance, rehabilitation, or improvement of the relevant project or activity.
