Section 153(a)(4) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: Advising the Secretary on development of joint command, control, communications, and cyber capability, including integration and interoperability of such capability, through requirements, integrated architectures, data standards, and assessments. .
