Section 485E of the Act ( 20 U.S.C. 1092f ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of the Financial Aid Simplification and Transparency Act of 2015 , the Secretary shall develop and implement a plan to disseminate information about eligibility for Federal financial aid under title IV to local educational agencies and to middle and secondary schools that serve students at least 25 percent of whom are eligible for a free or reduced price school lunch under the Richard B.
Russell National School Lunch Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1751 et seq. ). Not later than 365 days after the date of enactment of the Financial Aid Simplification and Transparency Act of 2015 , the Secretary, in consultation with State educational agencies, local educational agencies, and the Secretary of Agriculture, shall make recommendations to Congress on ways to provide individualized information about eligibility for Federal financial aid under title IV to elementary school and secondary school students who are eligible for a free or reduced price school lunch under the Richard B.
