The Payment, Clearing, and Settlement Supervision Act of 2010 ( 12 U.S.C. 5461 et seq. ) is repealed. The table of contents in section 1(b) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act ( Public Law 111–203 ) is amended by striking— the item relating to title VIII; and the items relating to sections 801 through 814.
