In order to protect the unique and increasingly isolated ecological treasure of island mountain ranges in the Northern Rockies Bioregion, the areas described in this section are hereby designated as wilderness. The following areas are incorporated into the Wenaha-Tucannon Wilderness: Certain Federal land within the Umatilla National Forest comprising approximately 13,000 acres as generally depicted on the map entitled _____ and dated ______, which shall be added to and administered as part of the Wenaha-Tucannon Wilderness.
