Sec. 303. Rehabilitation Act programs

The following provisions of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 ( 29 U.S.C. 701 et seq. ) are repealed not later than one year after the date of enactment of this Act: Section 303(c) ( 29 U.S.C. 773(c) ; relating to parent information and training programs). Section 304 ( 29 U.S.C. 774 ; relating to the Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers Program). Section 305 ( 29 U.S.C. 775 ; relating to recreational programs). Part A of title VI ( 29 U.S.C. 795 et seq. ; relating to projects with industry).
The following provisions of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 ( 29 U.S.C. 701 et seq. ) are repealed two years after the date of enactment of this Act: Section 12 ( 29 U.S.C. 709 ; relating to the Rehabilitation Act Program Improvement). Section 202(k) ( 29 U.S.C. 762(k) ; relating to the Advanced Rehabilitation Research Training Project).
