Section 211 ( 16 U.S.C. 5610 ) is amended— by striking including use for payment as the United States contribution to the Organization as provided in Article XVI of the Convention and inserting including to pay the United States contribution to the Organization as provided in Article IX of the Convention ; and by striking 2012 and inserting 2021 .
