Section 501 of the Tariff Act of 1930 ( 19 U.S.C. 1501 ) is amended— in the section heading, by striking and inserting the Customs Service ; U.S. Customs and Border Protection by striking the Customs Service and inserting U.S. Customs and Border Protection ; and by striking on which notice of the original liquidation is given or transmitted to the importer, his consignee or agent and inserting of the original liquidation .
