Not later than June 1, 2016, the United States International Trade Commission shall submit to the Committee on Finance of the Senate and the Committee on Ways and Means of the House of Representatives a report on the competitiveness of the United States recreational performance outwear industry and its effects on the United States economy, including an assessment of duty structures on inputs as well as finished products and global supply chains.
